The Charity is an Unincorporated association governed by the
constitution. The club was granted Charitable status by OSCR on
0310311980
Tru$tse recrultment and appointment
The management committee, which nomially meets on a monthly basis
during term lime, are charity's trustees. Membership of the management
committee is open lo all parents and guardians of the children in the
preschool.
Trustees are elected al the annual general meeting which is normally held
in June. Under the constitution there must be 8 minimum of four trustees.
Objectives and activities
Charitable purposes
To advan￿ the education and social development of the pre-school
children with the emphasis being on play experience, so that that they
lake a constructive place in the Community and also to advance the
education of their parents and other appropriate persons.
Summary of the main actTVities
in relation to these objects
Our activities are all about stimulating the children and encouraging their
development in a safe and caring environment. Activities are child led
based on the children's interests and can include arts and crafts, messy
play, music, indoor and outdoor games, loose parts, PUZ21e$ elc and
occasional educational trips. And encouraging healthy lifestyles
