In 2024 An Talla Solais held three successful exhibitions – a Printmaker’s Open in partnership with the Highland Print Studio, a retrospective about the life and work of Lotte Glob, and the popular Member’s Show in the Autumn. Life From the Loch – the Lotte Glob exhibition was a particular success, with a hugely positive audience reaction, high visitor numbers and strong sales. This was kindly supported by the Henry Moore Foundation. Alongside the exhibitions programme we developed a host of events and classes for our audiences. These included print making workshops and talks, a clay-themed family friendly event and artist’s talks. An Talla Solais continued to develop and deepen relationships with the community, including the local primary school, Gaelic primary school, the High School and Scoraig primary school, who all attended workshops or tours of the gallery.
