**Objectives:** 1. It shall seek to do this through its own efforts and in cooperation with other organisations and individuals that share this common aim and wish to encourage cultural diversity and intercultural understanding.  2.	Promoting cross cultural networks, awareness and understanding through arts, to benefit the public. Also, using arts as an expression of culture, to further the education of the whole community. 3.	The advancement of Chinese Art, Culture and Heritage. 4.	The promotion of equality and diversity and the promotion of racial harmony.
