The purpose of our scout group is to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. Scouting aims to inspire and prepare young people with skills for life, focusing on adventure, teamwork, resilience, and leadership. The program is designed to offer a balanced experience that includes outdoor adventures, world experiences, and skills development. We do this through weekly meetings at our scout hall, weekend camps, outdoor events, where we teach the associated scouting skills. Children from the age of 4 can get involved and develop through their teenage years and early twenties in a number of sections. Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Scout Network.
