Tha Group's Trustees are rasponsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
Gharitles and Trustee Investment (SGQtland) AGt 2QO6 ('The Arf,) and th¢ GhaMti¢S AGGounts (SGolland)
Regulations 2006 {"tha 2006 Regul*iong"}. The Group's Tru8ts8s consider that the aLKlit requirement of
Regulatlon 10(1)(d) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responslblllty to examlne the
accounts as required under section 44{1)(c} of the Act and to state whether particular matters have
come to my attention.

My examination is carried out in accordance wilh Regulation 11 of the 2006 Regulatlons. An
examination includes a review of the accounting records kapt by the Group and a comparison of the
accounts presented wlth the those records. It also includes consideratlon of any unusual items or
disdosures in the a￿nts, and seeks explanatths from the Twstees conceming any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audi( and
