## **Achievements and performance**

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period**

Some summary points for the year include:

- 1) Further upgrades to Hercules Den, Roof painted, and interior hall ways, with new signage.

- 2) Purchase of new Samba goals for our development teams. 3) Purchase of a VEO Camera, to allow us to record and analyse matches and for our parents and families to have the ability to watch games from their own home should they be unable to travel to attend.

- 4) Financial security that a 450 + membership provides

During the year the charity expenditure for operating totalled £183,521 Arbroath Youth Football Club safely provided fitness training, match play and team orientated opportunities for 450 + boys and girls during the past year. This was provided at minimal cost to families and individuals, and we continue to encourage involvement and participation of the extended family in all club activities.

We continue to be partnered with Arbroath Football Club Community Trust to provide football sessions for children from the age of 2 years. We hope this will provide a constant stream of players to enable the club to flourish in the years ahead.

## **Financial review**

**Brief statement of the charity’s policy** The charity holds sufficient funds to ensure that membership costs and **on reserves** training fees are kept at a minimum. In the event that any future teams cannot attract sponsorship for kits etc. the club will provide all necessary equipment and affiliation costs.
