The purposes of the charity are to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national international communities to empower them to make a positive contribution in society. This is achieved enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training, based on the Scout Promise and Law guided adult leadership. The charity's main beneficiaries are children or young people and during the year provided a full and balanced programme to in excess of 50 boys and girls. Credit for the success must go to the uniformed leads who varied, challenging and exciting programme throughout the year featuring wide ranging activities, camps also support a large number of members undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme.

Objectives: Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.
