The charity’s objects are to apply as far as possible the capital and income for the benefit of the following charities: i) The Viewpoint Housing Association ii) Palmerston Place Church iii) The Royal Victoria Hospital iv) The Chest, Heart and Stroke Association v) Any other organisations having similar charitable purposes as the trustees shall in the sole discretion determine.

Objectives: To apply the capital and income thereof as they may in their sole discretion determine, but I record my wishes, without binding my Executors, that they should apply as far as possible the capital and income for the benefit of the following charities: !)The Viewpoint Housing Association Limited, 4 South Oswald Road, Edinburgh, EH9 2HO. II) Palmerston Place Church (Church of Scotland), Palmerston Place, Edinburgh. III) The Royal Victoria Hospital, Craigleith Road, Edinburgh. IV) The Chest, Heart and Stroke Association, 65 North Castle Street, Edinburgh (Charity number SC018761). and V) any other organisation or organisations having similar charitable purposes as my executors shall in their sole discretion determine.
