The charity's trustees ar responsible for the preparation of the acunts in accordance
with the terms of the Charties and Trstee Investment (Scotand) 2005 Act and the
Charities Accounts (Sctland) Regulatons 206. The carity trustees cnsider that the
audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of te Acunts Regulations does not apply. It
is my responsibility to examine the acunts as reuire under section 44(1) (c) of the
Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent
examiners statement
My examination is carried out in acrdance wit Regulation 11 of the Charities
Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 200. An examination includes a review of te
accounting records kept by the chary and a cparison of te acunts presented with

those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the
accounts and seeks explanations f the trustes cncing any suc matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evience tat would be required in an audit
and, consequently, I do not express an audit oinion on the accounts.
