**Purposes:** &#x27;the advancement of education&#x27;,&#x27;the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended&#x27;

**What the charity does:** We are set up to raise funds to benefit all children who attend Hillside school to help with social and recreational activities for the children, parents, carers and guardians to help them develop social skills and access recreational activities.  Help attain the above without bias to race, creed or gender, and to seek to positively promote equal opportunities.

**Objectives:** The Friends of Hillside is established for the following charitable objectives:- (a) To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the children within Hillside School. (b) To develop social and recreational activities for the children, parents, carers and guardians of the Hillside School. (c) To do all other things as will properly attain the above purposes without bias to race, creed or gender, and to seek to positively promote equal opportunities.
