The charity exists to provide subsidised music tuition in fiddle and accordion to both young people and adults. We provide weekly, term time tuition and perform at events in Orkney

Objectives: to stimulate and encourage interest in the playing of traditional music in Orkney, particularly among young people to improve the standard of performance of traditional music amongst the population of Orkney, particularly among young people to support an up-to-date Orkney archive of locally composed music in the traditional style to emphasise the importance of traditional music in Orkney's culture
