Fife Law Centre provides free legal advice, assistance and representation to persons in Fife who, for reasons of disadvantage, are unable to access those services from other sources.

Objectives: The company's objects are: (1) To promote access to justice and to relieve poverty by increasing the availability of, and facilitating access to, advice, assistance and legal representation, to those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability , financial hardship or other disadvantage, where such advice , assistance and representation could not readily be obtained by such persons elsewhere. (2) To advance education and citizenship and, in particular, to increase knowledge and awareness of the law in the fields of disability, mental health, community care, children, families, social work , housing, social security, personal debt, consumer matters, equal opportunity, human rights, rights of victims of crimes or accidents, immigration and asylum , employment, and associated fields, and to contribute to law reform. (3) To promote, establish, operate and/or support other similar projects and programmes, which further charitable purposes for the benefit of the community.
