To promote an awareness of the plight of HIV/Aids orphans in Kenya and to raise funds in support of current and future care based projects. Nyumbani, Kiswahili for home, is based in Kenya.

Objectives: 1. The Trustees shall hold and apply such monies and other funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Fund, in trust for the following purposes:- a) To provide funds for the relief of orphans in need, by reason of HIV/AIOS and their carers (grandparents) . b) To provide funds for education, community development, the advancement of health, and the saving of lives. c) To administer such funds in the manner appropriate to the projects the trustees deem necessary for the above. 2. The expenses of creating and administering the Trust, and any tax payable in relation to the Trust, shall be met in priority to all other payments and transfers of assets out of the Trust Fund
