**What the charity does:** Eriskay Community Hall hosts a variety of events throughout the year that are attended by locals and visitors. Our aim is to bring people together to combat loneliness and to help adults and children communicate and socialise on a regular basis. We have a thriving Youth club for primary age children which we run from October – March. We feel it is important to give children the opportunity to come together to have fun and keep fit at the same time especially in the winter months when they don’t get many opportunities to be active. There are around 22-25 children attending each week and we provide a variety of different resources eg. arts & crafts, board games, table tennis, football etc. We also regularly put on Children’s Activities which suit all ages and host regular coffee mornings & bingos, Christmas ceilidh, and put on events during the summer holidays which are very well attended by the many visitors we get, these include a Funday, Quiz, Beach Picnic, Disco etc.
