**What the charity does:** CentreStage exists to transform lives and communities through the arts. Our work is shaped by five core social aims, delivered in collaboration with a wide range of partner organisations. Many of these partners are based within the CentreStage Village in the heart of Kilmarnock – a community-led whole-system approach where over 3,500 people from Ayrshire and beyond come together every week
