The Trust is is responsible for delivering the community rugby programme in Ayrshire for Ayr Rugby Club and to grow youth rugby (boys and girls) in the local community.

Objectives: To advance the participation in sport and physical education of pupils at schools and clubs in the community, particularly in the game of rugby union football, without distinction of sex, race, nationality, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities. Through the appointment of a Development officer the Trust shall seek:- a. to attract and develop children to an inclusive sport in a safe environment. to nurture their talents and encourage involvement into adulthood in the interests of social welfare and for the benefit of the community. b. to promote the development of personal life skills, team working and self discipline, and social interaction and inclusion. c. to encourage participate of the adult population in the community. d. to improve fitness, health and diet of participants.
