The charity trustees consi(*r that the outht requir8m8nt of Regulation 10(I) (a) to (c) of the. Accounts Regulations does not a￿y. It is my resw>nsibility to examin8 the accounts as required under section 44(I) (c) of the Act and to state whether wjrticular matters have come to my attention. My examination is carried out in (xcordance with Regulation11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examin(rtion includes a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the occounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures tn th8 accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees concemirrfJ any such matters.
