Linda's Fund was set up in 2006 was principally to help provide bursaries for Further and Higher Education after attending school for pupils who had attended Mulanje Mission CDSS in Malawi. Following Linda’s death from cancer in 2006 the fund is now managed by a small committee of friends, colleagues and family with strong connections to Fortrose Academy Malawi Schools Link.

Objectives: (a) provide bursaries for education for pupils of Mulanje Mission CDSS who are disadvantaged as a result of financial hardship (b) raise funds in hrtherance of the above objects (c) inform and engage the interest and support of the wider community, particularly the Black Isle, in the Fund's activities (d) require recipients to report to the committee in Mulanje on an annual basis for the duration of their course and for 1 year afterwards. (e) be non profit making
