**What the charity does:** Minnigaff Community Nursery is a small committee run nursery with charitable status who are registered as a private company limited by guarantee. We are non-profit making with all monies used to benefit the nursery. We provide nursery places for children aged from 2-5 years in partnership with Dumfries and Galloway Council during term time only. We follow a play based curriculum delivered by Curriculum for Excellence 3-18 and Realising the Ambition and ensure excellence and equality in everything we do.

**Objectives:** To advance the education and social development of pre-school children with the emphasis on the play experience, so that they take a constructive place in the community and also to advance the education of their parents and other appropriate persons
