responsible citlLens and as members of their local. national Und inlernutional communities. The
rnethod of a¢hicving the aim of the asso¢iation is by providing an enjoyable and attrnetive scheme
of pro8revsive trainin8. based on the Scout Promise and Law and guided by adult leadership.
