Activities

'It carries out activities or services itself'

'the advancement of education','the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended'

Our aim at BASCC is to provide a safe, consistent and stimulating environment for children to play, learn and have fun. We work together with the children to allow them to have ownership over what happens at club by holding children’s meetings, and suggestion boxes to look at how we can improve their time here. We value, respect, and include every child who attends our club and provide stimulating and social play opportunities in a safe, nurturing setting with trained and experienced staff. We work closely with all parents/carers and children to ensure that children receive the best possible care and have robust systems in place to allow parents/carers to feel safe and trust in our club. As a parent-led committee club, we aim to provide a high level of service at the lowest cost to the parents/carers of Barnhill Primary. Fees are reviewed annually alongside staff wages and training costs to ensure that we can achieve this.

Beneficiaries: 'Children or young people','No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'
