pages 1 to 2.
Respectlve responslblutles of trustees and examlner
The charity's trust8es are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the terms of the Ch8rities and Trustee Inv88tment IScotland> Act 2005 and the Charities
Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006188 amended). The charity trustees consider that the
audit requirement of Regulation 10{1} Id) of the 2006 Accounts Regul8tion8 does not 8pply. It is
my responsibility to examine the 8ccounls as required under section 44{11 Icl of the Act and to
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Indapandont examlner's statsment
My examination is carrie(l Out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts
Regu18tions. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity 8nd
comparison of the accounts preséntéd with thoge records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosuwes in the accounts, and seeks explanations from the trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audit. and conseouently I do not express 8n audit opinion on the view
given by the accounts.
Independent examlner's statement
In the course ot my examination. no matter has come to my attention
which gives me re8sonabl8 cause to believe that in any material respect the
r8quir6ment8:
to keep accounting records in accord8nce with Section 4411) la> of th8 2005 Act and
Regulation 4 of the 2006Accounts Regulations
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with
Regulation 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations
have not b98n met, or
2. to which. in my opinion. attention should be drawn In order to en8bl8 a proper
unclerstanding of the accounts to be reached.
