To promote activities to benefit the inhabitants of Halladale and the district without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinions, and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants, and to foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and other such objects as may be deemed to be charitable. b. To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of a community hall for activities promoted by the Association in the furtherance of the above objects. The Association shall be non-party political and non-sectarian in religion.
