'	Providing advice and assistance with regard to the establishment and operation of organisations with charitable purposes which are established for the promotion of community broadcasting services for the benefit of the public in the Highlands and lslands of Scotland. '	Supporting the development and provision of appropriate training opportunities for volunteers involved in community radio in the Highlands and lslands of Scotland.
