The objectives of the charity are to relieve the distress of women and young people, who have been raped and/or sexually abused through the provision of emotional and practical support, information, advice and advocacy. Also, to support survivor's partners, friends and families. The organisation seeks to advance education and prevent sexual violence through the provision of information, advice and advocacy among professional bodies and the general public about the causes, nature, extent and impact, of sexual violence.

Objectives: To relieve the distress of women and girls aged 12 years upwards and young men, who have been raped or who have experienced sexual violence and of their partners, friends and families through the provision of emotional and practical support, information, advice and advocacy. and to advance education, through the provision of information, advice and advocacy, among professional bodies and the general public about the causes, nature, extent and effects of rape and sexual violence against women and girls, and ways of preventing or relieving the suffering it causes.
