Objectives: the company's objects are:- (1) To advance the education and relieve the poverty of residents in the north east of Scotland by promoting healthy eating and making food stuffs and other produce accessible and affordable through community food initiatives (2) To relieve the poverty of residents in the north east of Scotland by encouraging the development of schemes where waste food is minimised by establishing systems to divert food from waste disposal to those individuals in need to protect the natural environment and improve the health of those in need (3) To promote, establish and operate other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the community within north east Scotland. (4) To promote and organise activities which improve the environment. (5) To advance and promote health.
