It provides access to a wide range of services and facilities pertaining to Art, including different forms of Painting, Printing, Pottery and Craft. It provides opportunities, primarily for its members, and also members of the Public, through tutored classes, workshops and open days, within its own premises. The Art Club gives opportunities for sharing ideas, experiences and techniques with other members interested in, creative expression, knowledge and understanding about different art forms in an encouraging environment and a safe space. The Club also gives opportunities and support to participate in public exhibitions of artwork through open days, a gallery space in a local shop unit and Public galleries. Members volunteer at the Club itself for our Exhibitions, and at the gallery space in a local Shop unit, this provides opportunities for sharing and supporting each other. The club also works with the local primary school promoting Art activities.

Objectives: The club will seek to promote interest in, and further development of, the arts in Kirkcaldy and District.
