Governing Document
The Charity Shop is an unincorporated asxKiatioN and the pUr￿5¢S and administration
arrangements are set out in the constitulion.
Chariiable Purpose5
Our purrK)ses. as recorded in our constitution. are to raise funds lor local and national charitable
organisaiions and voluntsr%' bodies.
Activities and Achievements
We generdted £30.71 l in sales of donaied new and used goods. and we raised a further £?.985 in
recycled wasie and donatiorks. This enabled io make donations of L?0, l (K) io l(*al and naiional
charities and voluntan. group5 nominated bi our volunteers. Detsils of the recipients of the
dortations are listed at ApFrNJix I to this rep)rt.
This brings the totsl of donations made io nominated charities and local voluntsry groups to
£636.?(KJ since the inception of the shop in April 1989.
We are grdteful to all volunteers who give fTeely of their lime to allow the shop io open to the
public 6 days a week.
In the coming year. we ho￿ to Contin￿ this level of SuP￿rt and income. to enable us to
contribute to our nominaied charities and grouF￿.

Truste¢s' remuneration and expenses
The Trustees did not receive any remunerntion or reimbursemenl of expenses during ihe
year.

As a resuli of the surplus of £?.31 O for the )'ear. the Charits. Shop held unrestricied
reserves of£19.379 al the l'ear end. These reserves N'ill be used to continue operating the
shop in Tayport and for disiribution lo norninaled Charilies and groups.
