**What the charity does:** Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire (VASLan) is South Lanarkshire’s Third Sector Interface (TSI). There are 32 TSI’s across Scotland - one for each local authority area. Our role as a TSI is to provide a single point of access for support and advice for the Third Sector in South Lanarkshire.

**Objectives:** The Company’s objects are: (4.1) The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural or urban regeneration and the promotion of civic responsibility, volunteering, the voluntary sector or the effectiveness or efficiency of charities) principally in the Operating Area (as defined in article 5). (4.2) The advancement of education within the Operating Area. (4.3) The prevention of relief of poverty. (4.4) The promotion of equality and diversity.
