It Is my pleasure lo present my report on the acllvilies and progre55 of Crieff Juniors Foolboll
Club ovei the pa51 yeoi. This has been another eventful period for the club. filled wilh bolh
challenges and successes. I'm proud lo shofe our key ochievements and lulure goals.
Key Hlghlights & Achlevements:
The club hos seen o growlh in membership over the last 12 monfhs. increasing by
approximately 15%. This includes o rise in the number of players and volunteers, bringing our
current membership to around 470 people. Tris growth is fanloslic and continues lo affirm
Ihol Criefl Juniors FC is the largest sports club in Slralheorn. With 12 registered leams
competing in leagues acr0$9 SYFA and SWF. as well os our Walking Footballers ond Soccer
School, oui club ploys a significant role in supporting the health ond well-being ot our
community.
The 2023124 Season was a special one lor the 2011 team, who mode the lionsition to I l -o-
side footboll. Placed in DDYFA Oivi5ion 2, the teom had a remorkoble Scollish Cup run,
progressing lo the 5th round. The boys goined confidence from their performances.
cdminating in o well-deserved double.. winning the Division 2 lille and Lecgue Cup.
The festivol returned lo Criefl on May 4th and 5th, csnd we were forlunale to have excellenl
weolher, with the compus looking fonta51ic. Over the weekend. more than 2.000 ployers and

We've continued lo invesl in the club's inlraslructure. purchasing Ihree new sets of
freestanding 7-0-5KJe gools lor the 9ra5s pitches. Thi5 equipmenl enhances the quolity of ovr
Iroining sessions ond reduces setup lime lor coaches, moving oway from the pop-up goals
we previously used. Additionolly. the campus hos repurposed one of the rugby pitches into a
football pitch. ollowng the entire gross oreo al the back ol the campus lo be used tor
training and matches Ihroughoul the year.
Our commitment lo coach development remoins strong. Through the SFA'5 coaching
education and exlernol support from Live Aclive. we ore ensuring that our coaches have the
10015 and re50urce5 Ihey need lo provide the besl pos51k￿e environmenl for our yovr>g ployers
to develop their abilities.

Iheir time (Jnd financial supporl, e5peciolty in today's chollenging climate. We are Iruty
grateful lor your conlinved Support - we could not do il wilhoul you. I'd like to give special
recognition lo Chris Clarke ond his employer, e8oy. who donaled £11,670 to club for
Chris's volunteer work in 2024.
In our efforts to improve communication across the club. I want lo thank Alice CrO￿eY lor
taking over Ihe social media posts, which hove resulted in mofe Iiequent vpdoles obovt our
players, teams, and Ihe clLib as o whole. We conlinue to use Spond lor direct messaging to
our membe[5 ond wll strive lo further improve Ihis communication in 2025.

Looking ahead, 2025 will mark our 251h onniveisary as a club. We are planning several events
lo celebrole, from lundroi5ing initiatives lo lun activitie5 lor both kids an(J odu115. More

STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMEMT
The charity is o chorilable, unincorporoted association which was conslituted on 28
November 2(X)6.
The members of Ihe management commitlee are elected at the annuol general meeting of
Ihe ossociation and consist ol not less than 6 and not more than 10 member5. Al a
monogemenl committee meeting a Chairperson. Vice Choirperson, Secrelory and Treasurer
are elected from ￿thIn the management committee.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The objects ol the association are the advoncemenl of public participation in sport primari
aimed ol children ond young people.

The Designated Fund balance has not changed. The money in this fund was donoted Io u5
wlh no terms allached on how the donation was to be Spent. The committee decided al
the lime lo hold this for funding toward5 our new pilches ond home locililies. Unforlunalely,
we have been unoble lo source land lor pitches and the committee voted on Ihis and
decided lo hold the Designaled Fund vnlil oll other option5 hove been invesligaled.
