(b) To advance education in Ecuador by such means as the Trustees may consider appropriate including the provision of education, materials and facilities or the funding of new enlarged or improved educational establishments, or the provision of financial or other assistance and support to persons in Ecuador in the establishment and operation of any educational establishment or establishments in Ecuador. To advance the Roman Catholic religion In Ecuador for the benefit of the public.
