Sled Dog welfare is run by Trustees (a management committee) governed by its Constitution which established Sled Dog Welfare as an unincorporated association. The Constitution was adopted by the Members of Sled Dog welfare on 7 May 2006. The constitution was drawn up by Cathy Batt. The Constitution is in a format approved by the Office of the Scottish Charities Regulator (OSCR). The Constitution of Sled Dog Welfare details the governances concerning the charity's purposes and administrative arrangements. |

Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements Since Covid and lockdown, many venues we attended for displays have of the charity during the financial ceased. Most of the committee members dogs have either gotten too old period to participate or have died over the past few years due to old age and have stopped volunteering. The charity is now trying to sell merchandise and is setting up an online shop and looking to attend various events with stalls to collect funds while recruiting new committee members.
