**What the charity does:** Our purposes, as recorded in our constitution, are the promotion of ensemble playing of Highland 					 Bagpipes and Drums and the teaching of the arts of piping and drumming, to assist in the provision of 					 recitals and other appearances in public and for the benefit, enjoyment and education of the public 					 and to provide a resource for the education and training of pipers and drummers.

**Beneficiaries:** &#x27;Children or young people&#x27;,&#x27;Older People&#x27;,&#x27;No specific group, or for the benefit of the community&#x27;

**Objectives:** The object of the Band shall be the promotion of ensemble playing of Highland bagpipes and drums and the teaching of the arts of piping and drumming  To provide or assist in the provision of recitals and other appearances in public and for the benefit, enjoyment and education of the public  To provide a resource for the education and training of pipers and drummers
