pollcy on roserves
Tho general ftjnd of the Shiskine Valley Improvements SCIO
was £19,826.06 as of 31 St January 2025. This represents an
increase of £450.37 over the general fund ba18n¢e of the
prior ye8r-end1£19.375.691. The TNstee$ continued to fvnd
charrtable activities from the general fund. The general fund
as al year-end represents 4 years-worth of average
expenses, which the TNslees consider prudent 8nd
sufficient. In 202415 fund raising activrties have been
consislenl with the Tnjstees, objectives of covering regular
operating costs through fund raising. whilst obtsining grants
or donations for specific loca1 project5.
