The core charitable activities of the organisation is the ownership, operation and maintenance of Lendalfoot Village Hall making the Village Hall for the benefit of the local community. The Association hosts a variety of events open to all in the community of Lendalfoot and its environs. The Village Hall is also available for a very modest charge to a variety of groups and to families in the community seeking to host private parties. To defray costs the Association seeks to let out the Schoolhouse which is within the curtilage of the Village Hall but forms a separate residence with a private garden.

Objectives: (1) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the neighbourhood without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinions by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation and for leisure-time occupation. (2) To manage and maintain a Community Centre where this exists for activities promoted by the Company in furtherance of the above objects. (3) To foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and other such objects as may by law be deemed to be charitable.
