**Objectives:** To promote the benefit of children and young people of Stuartfield and its environs by associating with the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said young people.  In furtherance thereof but not otherwise SPPC shall seek to manage and maintain the safe facilities and environment of the park known as Stuartfield Pleasure Park.
