	necessary, in accordance with our Constitution and By-Laws.

Objectives and activities
Charitable purposes	To advance the education ofthe public in the art ofWind Band music by presenting public performances and other like activities and events
	throughout the year. In furtherance thereof, the Band seek to:
	A) Cultivate the art of music amongst its members.
	B) Provide musical entertainment to the public in particular the local
	community.
	C) Provide practical and professional music tuition to young and new
	players.
Summary ofthe main activities in relation tothese objects	Continual recruitment ofnew players, in particular young potential players who would like to try different instruments before making a Jong term
	commitment to one particular instrument type, and therefore making the
	commitment and decision as to the type of instrument to choose. Also
	being given the choice ofnumerous free loan instruments ffom the band.
	Providing musical support and entertainment to the public at events
	throughout the local community, and throughout the year.
	Provision of free loan instruments, free loan music books and free
	professional music tuition provided by music professionals fo all players of
	allages.
