We deliver Mentoring, Counselling, Employability Support, Peer and Activity Groups, Addiction Recovery Support and Personal Development. Our approach empowers people, builds confidence and promotes independence, offering easy access to deeper support during vulnerable or crisis periods. LH is recognised as a model of good practice with quality standards and national awards for outstanding achievement. We have supported over 6,000 people therapeutically and helped more than 1,300 vulnerable individuals move into employment. Our team includes 9 staff and 60 volunteers, and we are a Fair Work employer.
