1. Basis of Accountlng
These financial statements have been prepar8d on the receipts and payments basis in
accordance with the Charities & TNStee Investrnent{S￿t1arK1) AGt 2005 and the CharIt￿S
Acrnunts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended).
2. Naturo and Purpose of Funds
Unrestricted funds are thos8 ￿th[ch may be used at the discretion of the Trustees in
furtherance of the objectives of the Charity. the Twstees maintain a single unrestricted fund
for the day to day running of the ASs￿latIon and for all activities of the Assoaation.
Restricted funds may only be used for specific purposes" at year end the Association was
holding £697 for the Sea Eagle Project. £356 for the Playpark Project. £336 from the Mary
HaMi￿On Trust, £110 for the Hall Llbrary. £180 for the School Poly Tunnel and £4650 for the
School det8miination.
