**What the charity does:** Aberdeen Concert Band provides facilities for amateur musicians to develop their skills in music. It provides an oportunity to play with other musicians in ensembles on a weekly basis. The band also provides support in developing the ability to play a musical instrument by providing a music instructor to help with lessons at a subsidised rate for non members and free for band members. We support local charities by playing in venues across the area both as a full band or as small group in smaller venues such as care homes or sheltered housing complexes.
