Commurnlty Friends runs thrice weekly• Wlth around 80-90 visits Dy service users Èach week. We employ a part-tirnè Co-ordinator to manage the project, as well as three part-tlme assistants. Community Friends re5urned in Ortober 2021 when Covid-19 restrictions allowed.
- From August 2020, we have run Friendly Fresh Start. a project providlnR essential household items to people moving from temporary accommodation to a tenancy. 4 Slnce September 2021, EACHa has mana8ed the East Ayrshire Recovery Hub IEARHI, whlch alms to ease access to reCory services to people throughout East Ayrshire. regardless of thelr postcode. EARH employs two full time staff members.
- From February 2022 we have partlcipated In a Peer Mentoring project. where we manage two part-time peer outreach workers whose remlt15 to assLst those In our local communlty on their recoveryjoumey. All our èrtivities are carried out in conjunrtion with East Ayrshire Council Hou5in8 Options.
