Commurnlty Friends runs thrice weekly• Wlth around 80-90 visits Dy service users Èach week. We employ a part-tirnè Co-ordinator to manage the project, as well as three part-tlme assistants. Community Friends re5urned in Ortober 2021 when Covid-19 restrictions allowed.

From August 2020, we have run Friendly Fresh Start. a project providlnR essential household items to people moving from temporary accommodation to a tenancy. 4 Slnce September 2021, EACHa has mana8ed the East Ayrshire Recovery Hub IEARHI, whlch alms to ease access to reCo￿ry services to people throughout East Ayrshire. regardless of thelr postcode. EARH employs two full time staff members.

From February 2022 we have partlcipated In a Peer Mentoring project. where we manage two part-time peer outreach workers whose remlt15 to assLst those In our local communlty on their recoveryjoumey. All our èrtivities are carried out in conjunrtion with East Ayrshire Council Hou5in8 Options.
