'the advancement of education'
It is set up to relieve the poverty and advance the education of the students at Grove Academy, Dundee. The trustees meet twice a year and at each meeting aim to disburse approximately £6000 depending on the applications received .Overall then approximately £12000 a year may be disbursed. The investments determine the amount available but at present this policy is working as the financial advisers are producing this yearly interest. The prime focus where possible is to help individual students who have specific needs .Otherwise whole school projects may be supported to benefit all students.

Objectives: The Trust is established for charitable purposes only within the meaning assigned thereto by the Law of Scotland for the time being in force in order to relieve the poverty and advance the education of the students of the Grove Academy or for any other charitable purpose for the benefit of the students (hereinafter called 'the Purposes').
