## Recruitment and Appointment of Trustees 

All trustees are enrolled staff in the Company and registered with Boys Brigade. 

## Governing Document 

The Company is run under the constitution of our Company as well as the Boys Brigade in the UK and is supported by the Kirk Session of Flemington-Hallside, Parish Church part of the Church of Scotland. 

## Charitable Purposes 

Our purpose is to promote Christian Faith among boys aged 5 to 18 years in the Cambuslang East Area or SLC Ward 14 

## Activities and Achievements 

The Company Numbers Remain at a very low level, despite the best effort of volunteer’s leaflet dropping and attending local events. 

The Company again Supported the Halfway Fireworks Display with crowds in excess of 5000. Unfortunately other events that the company support locally were cancelled due to the weather

We continue to work hard for our organisation to gain new members both young and old. 

## Trustees Remuneration and Expenses 

Trustees receive any out-of-pocket expenses in connection with external work, i.e., Travel to and from Training courses, Trustees remain Volunteers and as such do not receive any money in relation to work within the company. 

## Reserves 

There are no reserves and all money raised is used in the running of the Company.

The charity trustces are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the tenns of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act ?005 and the Charities
Accounts (Scotland) RegLilations 2006. Ihe Charity trustees consider that the audii
requiremeni of Regulation 10(1 ) (d) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is m),
responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(1) (c) of the Act (ind or
state wheiher particular matters have come to my attention.

M), examination is carried out in accordance with regulation I l of the Charities Accounts
(Scotland) Regulations ?006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records
kept by the charity and a comparison of the accoiint% presented with those records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks
explanations frorn trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express
an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

In the course of my examination, no matters have come 10 my attention which gives me
reasoiiable causc to belieNe that in any material respect the requirements:
to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44(1) (a) of the ?005 Act and
Regul(Ition 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations, and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with
Regulation 9 of the ?006 Accounts Regulations
have not been met.
