Distribute income arising to named beneficiary. Managing investment portfolio of stocks and shares in order to produce income for distribution and capital for longer term for charity in perpetuity in accordance with the terms of the Trust, the available income is paid to the Charity beneficiary. The Trustees are satisfied that these purposes remain charitable and for the public benefit.
