**What the charity does:** We organise a weekly Dance and Exercise class with our Dance Tutor and the class is open to all residents  or visitors  to Mid Argyll  aged 18 or over. The class covers dance music from around  the world  and run Dance Workshops to which we invite   guest tutors to run workshops on specific type of dance and music. We improve knowledge of music, dance, fitness and quality  of life in a very rural area.

**Beneficiaries:** 'Children or young people','Older People','People with disabilities or health problems','No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'

**Objectives:** The objects of the Association shall be to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Mid - Argyll and its environs without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and b provide facilities, or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved.
