' Friends of Dalmeny Primary is a charitable unincorporated association
and the purpose and administration arrangements are set out in our
Constitution dated 24 June 2005.

The trustees are appointed or reappointed by members, who are the
parents/carers of pupils at Dalmeny Primary School, at our first committee
meeting of the new school year in August.
The trustees meet at least 8 times a year to make decisions on fund
raising, Spending and policy.
Objectives and activities oo _
Charitable purposes _ The objectives of the association are to advance the education of the
pupils attending Dalmeny Primary School by providing or assisting in the
Provision of facilities for education at the school (not normally provided by
the local education authority) and in furtherance of this object the
association may:
(a) foster more extended relations between the staff, parents and others
associated with the school: and
(b) engage in activities which Support the school and advance the

for school activities including a community garden, ipad Styluses and Lego
