## Achievements and performance

- Summary of the main achievements of e 2025/26 recorded our highest ever income of ere nares, Hering the nancial period £19,533. Expenditure was £2,900, leaving us with a surplus of £16,633. The increased income was mainly due to a large donation from the family of one of our founding members.

- e Due to the political unrest in the middle east, we were unable to travel to Nepal at the beginning of March as planned. This resulted in a significantly lower than anticipated spend.

- e We held two main Bootstock Festivals (in Inverness and the Borders), plus fund raising concerts at Resolis, Rogart and Clachbeg. In total, these events raised £4,533.

- e Following an interval of six years, we received an unexpected donation of £2,533 from Chelmsford County High School for Girls.

- e We continued support of Music House in Nepal. Founder and world-famous musician, Raman Maharjan joined us for the fund-raising events.

Brief statement of the charity’s policy Reserves are held by the Association. The level of on reserves reserve is the amount remaining following our Bootstock Scholarships and donation to Mitrata Foundation in Nepal. The reserve is what remains following our payments.
