Basisofindependent examiner's statement	My examinationiscarriedoutinaccordancewith Regulation11 oftheCharities Accounts(Scotland) Regulations 2006.Anexamination includes a review of the
	accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of theaccountspresented with
	thoserecords. lt also includes consideratron ofanyunusual items or disclosures	in the
	accounts and seeks explanations from thetrusteesconcerning anysuchmatters. The
	procedures undertakendonot provide all the evidence thatwouldbe required in	an audit
	and,consequently,Idonot express an auditopinionon the accounts.
