**Objectives:** To promote and develop in Orkney and elsewhere the holding of Shows and offering prizes and premiums. and  To do all such things as will further the attainment of this object and will contribute to the knowledge of the culture, history and development of Agriculture, Agricultural Produce and Livestock in Orkney and elsewhere but subject to the proviso that nothing will be done which will or may prevent the object of the Company being deemed to be charitable.
