**What the charity does:** Preserve and maintain the historic Clova Kirk

**Objectives:** (a) to advance religious and spiritual understanding through ecumenical forms of worship and other related activities.   (b) to preserve Glen Clova Kirk as a building of historic and arcnitectural importance which will advance public education in the history and culture of the area. and   (c) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Glen Clove. Without distinction of gender, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions:   (i) by associating with local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved. and   (ii) by fostering a community spirit for the achievement of these aims. and   declaring that Glen Clova is the geographical area bounded on or towards the North and North-West by the County boundary between Angus and Perthshire from the summit of Tolmount to the Lair of Aldararie, on or towards the East and North-East by the ridge of hills including Green Hill, Ben Tirran, White Hill and Finbracks to a southerly point at the road junction of the B955 road to Clova and the road to Glen Prosen and on or towards the South-West or West by the ridge of hills including the Airlie Monument, Dreish, Mayar and Tarn Buidhe, all as shown outlined on the plan annexed as relative hereto.
